Who doesn’t love supporting new local business? Maya Bistro is a new family-owned Mediterranean spot that has been open for a few months now and they are quickly becoming a local favorite. The family has deep roots and experience in crafting unique Turkish- and Mediterranean-inspired dishes that are truly unlike anything you have tasted in the area yet. With an upscale feel, you don’t have to worry about getting too fancy because they still offer a casual environment where all are welcome. 

Share plates to get a little taste of everything. Start with a selection of cold and hot mezzes like the Maya trio so you can select three of the cold to try paired with the fresh falafel. The baba ganoush and hummus are must-tries. The list of entree options is extensive with a variety of casual dishes and more splurge-worthy plates. Favorites include the Adana, a mix of lamb, beef and the perfect seasoning combo and the shrimp tava, a super fresh dish filled with veggies.
